About Mary

My story is not that different from everyone else. I was born in the Bay Area of California, was adopted by wonderful parents, and was raised to always look at the bright side of life. From an early age, I had a love of things such as art, dance, athletics, math, and philosophy. Unlike many people, I was attracted to diverse things which utilize both sides of the brain equally. At the age of fifteen, I apprenticed with a master mural painter Ricardo Estrada and was absolutely mesmerized, falling in love with the creative potential in my mind.

A few years later, I attended San Jose State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. I went on to become a very successful Materials Science Engineer, developing the logical side of my brain.
